Shipping Policy

All in-stock products you order from minicelebrities.com are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo within 3 business days. Please do not forget to check your delivery address before placing your order.

When the cargo process is completed, your information will be sent to you by e-mail. Depending on your delivery address, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days. The cargo process is entirely under the responsibility of the cargo company. It is recommended that you follow the cargo tracking number shared with you.

Please be careful when receiving your order from the cargo company!

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received the product from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product after a report is drawn up with the cargo company.

Once the product is received, it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If the product is damaged: Please send the report you have prepared to info@minicelebrities.com as soon as possible. If you follow these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you want to return your order before receiving it, do not accept the package when it reaches you, but return the product to the cargo company without opening the package.

If you want to make a return/exchange after receiving your order, please contact us within 14 days by sending an e-mail to info@minicelebrities.com , stating your order number and the full name of the product to be returned; if you want to make an exchange, please contact us by writing the full name of the new product you want to purchase.

The shipping cost of the product to be returned/exchanged belongs to the buyer. In order to avoid any problems with the size, it is recommended that you check the measurement information from the size guide before your shopping.

Products included in the scope of return/exchange:

  • The product you are returning/exchanging must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of usage error.
  • You can send the product(s) you want to return/exchange, with all accessories and the original box, and cover the shipping costs.
  • Products that are specially made in line with the wishes of the consumer are not included in the scope of return/exchange.
  • If you think the products were damaged during shipment, open them in front of a company representative; if they are damaged, have a report drawn up and do not accept the product.

The cost of the returned product/products is refunded once the products reach the warehouse, after checking their compliance with the return conditions, and according to your payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for your refund to appear on your credit card.

Return/Exchange of Defective Products:

If you wish to return/exchange a defective product(s) after receiving your order, you must do so within 30 days;

Please contact us via the contact section of our e-mail site at info@minicelebrities.com by stating the problem with the product, your order number and the full name of the product to be returned; if you want to make a change, please also write the full name of the new product you want to buy. If there is no problem with the product due to use, your return will be processed.
